Merry Christmas and a New Pilot.

Merry Christmas! (and happy holidays for the more PC crowd.)

This is a time of year when we all open new dvds, books, comics and video games. Its like a cornucopia of nerdity. I myself got the Nikkatsu Noir collection from Criterion, the entire Powerpuff girls (hey we all know you secretly like it), and all three seasons of the best canceled show on television: Arrested Development. In other words I made out like a bandit.

We here at Paper Spaceships are giving you guys a Christmas present as well: a new writer and a renewed effort to post regularly.James McCormick comes to us from the world of nerdom that is Forces of Geek. He loves all things geeky, and brings some more insight into the experiment that is this site. We are also in the process of reworking our posting schedule, and have some other ideas that I won’t divulge here until we have them ironed out. Needless to say 2010 will be a year of change (hopefully for the better) for us. As always please feel free to email, comment, twitter, or whatever else you guys want. This site is founded on the idea of community. If there are things you want to see us do, review, or comment on let us know! We’re mostly friendly.
